There is no requirement to purchase the ISACA material to participate in the class and to be able to pass the test. The class will provide a comprehensive set of materials to prepare for the CISA certification. However, the ISACA material provides valuable information about each domain and the Questions and Answer database provides an effective way to study for the CISA test. Payment and Confirmation
After we verified your ACUA membership we will send you an invoice for payment. You can pay the invoice by check, ACH or credit card. The credit card and ACH payment will be through the Spire payment platform. Access purchased materials will be provided at payment and access to session materials will be provided at the kick-off session.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Participant
- • Full Refund: 10+ days before the course kickoff/start date. Remember, some classes have a kickoff before the actual class starts. At the kickoff, the course material will be discussed and shared.
- • 50% Refund: 5-9 days before the course kicks off / start date and as long material has not been viewed/downloaded.
- • No Refund: 0–4 days before the course.
2. Transfers and Rescheduling
- • One free transfer is allowed with 10+ days’ notice.
- • $150 administrative fee for late transfer requests (less than 10 days).
- • Transfers must be used within 6 months.
3. No-Shows
No refunds or credits for no-shows.
